We had our hardwood floors redone including staining, and they came out looking amazing. The crew that came out to our home was very polite, professional, thorough, and safe. They showed up when they said they would and even when we decided to do the railing and banisters after they already started working, they had no problems accommodating our request. They custom-made the stain for our floors and even gave us some extra for just in case we wanted to touch up other things in our home so the stains would match. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to redo their hardwood floors. They did a great job for me at a reasonable price, and I’m sure they will do the same for you.

Tom, Jr. rebuilt a floor in my co-op that another floor specialist said was not repairable. He did it with care and attention to detail.


The floor looks perfect and the rebuilt area looks just like the original.


Came for several estimates and arrived on time. Work was performed in a timely fashion, and the results are great.

When his son, Thomas Lorentz Jr., and his helper Travis came to start the job, they always showed up on time, worked the whole day, and were professional and friendly. They did an absolutely beautiful job on my floors and they look gorgeous. It was worth every penny.


When I had my walls painted, the painters unfortunately got paint on my new refinished floors. I called Thomas Lorentz Sr. but he was unavailable at the time but his wife answered the phone and was very helpful and assuring. Thomas Lorentz Sr. immediately called me back with a solution that worked.


I also had a question concerning the wood floors when the work was done, and Thomas Lorentz Jr. came back to my house to see what I was concerned about and answered all of my questions.


This family returns all of your calls, and they are truly professional and caring. I am very satisfied and more than pleased with the beautiful job that they have done, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their floors done.
